Best corticosteroid for thinner nose?

I need to get a thin defined nose for better harmony!

what is the best corticosteroid to do the job??

hydrocortisone? betamethasone? or should one just microdose accutane? (i dont like having to deal with potential depression, ED, dry skin, and shit though...)
