Because he actually moves forward a lot, people dont understand that any surgeon thats bold in movements. Often for cuck suckers who have sleep apnea will have a high amount of complications

He is good but far from the best, he doesnt risk much which is good but at the same time never will give extremly good result. Also doesn't have the best genios

He barely works with giant. And giant is implant designer, he doesnt know more then other surgeons. He is good at pranking peeps on here telling people about his "inventions". no good surgeon or designer would target people on a site like this.

Its to target young desperate guys who would risk their life for ascension as looks are the only thing that matters. But still they have the iq to look no further then this site and jump on the first opportunity they can to go to turkey without regulations and do risky surgery with a guy who has peepa the frog as profile pic.
