im 17, 69kg (152lbs) 6'06ft, 15% bodyfat, i started roiding last week (300mg test e weekly), i get 15-20k steps a day and im on my feet for 7-8 hours at work 4/5x a week.
should i eat 2500 a day (400-500 deficit) to lose fat slowly while i gain muscle or eat 2000 to get lean quick?
goal : 9-10% bodyfat
