Salmon, tuna, chicken breast, steak, eggs, avocado, ground meat, seafood especially

Sometimes I mix ground meat with eggs in one pan, or salmon with tomatoes and avocados with a slice of lemon.

This is the food I currently like to eat during my cut. I try not to eat carbs.

Some glucose is also not a bad idea if he wants to keep energy and worksnout. Thing is the presence of carbs can interfere w ketosis, it all depends on what he can do for his diet tbh

you dont need to fully skip carbs, carbs are really important

starchy carbs bloat
fructose doesnt
and your brain needs carbs

just walk 30 minutes a day or more (it always moggs losing weight by little cardio like walking so you dont lack the micro nutrition keeping your hormones in check)

and without phone preferable, good for your mental health

Canned tuna is loaded with perservatives and sodum like crazy.
Both, but i prefer canned tuna much more (but i can't eat it much or else i'll get some sort of illness:feelswhy:)

Yea, ur right. I know.

But again, depends on his needs. Some people respond better to glucose when working out.

But yea, hard cardio moggs all, when I started looksmaxxing I didn't even cut back on food at first to lose weight, I just ran on the treadmill a hour twice a day like a tard. Ngl you can't even eat right after a good cardio session, those are best to late at night a few hours before you go to sleep. I did that at least when I lost 30kg originally when I was a fatass.

Again, depends if he wants to bother with a keto died, a lack of carbs triggers ketosis easily.

But yea it's retarded asf if he's working out

go to your local gym and ask the big guys if they have a roid dealer (most of them are on roids or have been)
and they usually either have reta or know other guys that do. and please dont buy the cheap reta, just safe up and go on a shorter cycle of the expensive stuff

I just don’t eat many carbs in my cut. It’s not like I do carnivore or something, but I try to only eat carbs around my workout window.
