Best deficit aim on Reta?

What deficit did or do you decide to aim for on Reta?
I think sticking to a 300-500 cal deficit on it seems stupid

Higher deficit leads to loss of muscle mass

200-300 cal deficit is fine, slower rate of loss but lower loss of muscle mass too

If you want to push the cut further, maybe on non-training days increase the deficit.

So maybe training day is 300 cal deficit
Then on non-training day it's 500 cal deficit
