Best diuretic?

What’s the best diuretic to debloat I don’t find anything with cranking up my potassium and drinking 3L of water and cardio should I try furosemide, epelerone or something else and what dose? I’m using it before a night out not for hypertension

again dont use it often cuz its dangerous for ur electrolytes to be flushed like that constantly
