Best HCTZ timing?

Yo guys so im takin 50mg eplerenone everyday when i wake up and i also got hctz but didnt used it yet, what is the best timing before event? ( for furosemide its 3 hours but its the same for hctz? ) also what dose 25 or 50? just if someone with experience can tell me how to get best out of it before event.

i use lasix once a 7-14 g , the hctz is needed on days where i cant use lasix.
