Best Diuretics/non-OTC pills?

On test and a few other things, heard eplerenone was good for controlling hormonal bloat. (If there’s other better things I can use lmk)

I was also going to snag some telmisartan for my cycle and pregab to avoid alcohol bloat when going out.

Is there anything else that’s recommended that I get?

HCTZ in combination with a potassium sparring diuretic like Amiloride to make sure your potassium levels don’t tank is the best combo.

appreciate it, is HCTZ + Amiloride something to run short-term or would I be able to run it for a decent while to look as lean as I can

Yes it can be ran long term as amiloride preserves potassium which is the main problem when it comes to HCTZ (very mogger diuretic)

eplerenone is kinda mid for that compared to spiro imo. telmisartan is a solid choice though, better bp control than most other arbs for water retention specifically. pregab for alcohol bloat is a weird flex but ig.

honestly, if you're running a cycle and worried about bloat, just managing ur diet and sodium intake is gonna be way more impactful than stacking obscure pills.
