Best Diuretics/non-OTC pills?

On test and a few other things, heard eplerenone was good for controlling hormonal bloat. (If there’s other better things I can use lmk)

I was also going to snag some telmisartan for my cycle and pregab to avoid alcohol bloat when going out.

Is there anything else that’s recommended that I get?

HCTZ in combination with a potassium sparring diuretic like Amiloride to make sure your potassium levels don’t tank is the best combo.

Yes it can be ran long term as amiloride preserves potassium which is the main problem when it comes to HCTZ (very mogger diuretic)
