depends on your strength, low 5-20mgs can be used as a nootropic, 20-50mg is recreational and depending on your tolerance can either be heaven or fuck you up, 50-150mg is not for the weak and def not for you if you dont daily cigarettes or nicotine in another form.
Its my fav bc u can do it anywhere, it wont poison you and it lowers inhib and feels so nice.
