those cocksuckers asked me to verify my account with phone but they didn't send me any message and I couldn't verify it. I had crypto exchange accounts linked with that mail and I lost money because I couldn't access my crypto exchange accounts

I have used gmx.com and mail.com before. But in some instances they have locked my accounts for "suspected spam". So if you rely on those accounts for something important, you're fucked if your account gets frozen.
