I've already a decent frame but i don't have the hip-waist/shoulder ratio. What kind of workout routines proven best for the v taper ?

i tried to say workout routines sorry.There isn't a single best exercise for shoulders, you have to do to at least one for front shoulders, lateral shoulders and back shoulders. So at least 3 exercises.
