  2. Incline bench
  3. weighted pull-ups
  4. deadlift
  5. Squat
  6. Leg press
All ideal for progressive overload. Pretty much impossible to have high strength on all these exercises plus low bf & not have an aesthetic physique.

From a pure muscle building perspective cables mog. But they're all fun exercises.

you forgot mountain climbers
 
Nope I isolate all muscles, I even work tibialis anterior

The majority of your mass and strength come from your legs. The biggest muscle on the body is the quads.

in before the gymcels who dont do squats and deadlifts because its to hard cope with the they "arent good exercises" go to cope

fucking funny how many people argue that other things matter more for looks but forget you can gym and do other looksmaxes at the same

deadlift mid, just take it out. and make it a top 5
 
also hip thrusts are better than leg press

Update: replace OHP with arnold dumbell press & add calf raises.
