i want to get a custom infraorbital rim implant and lower eyelid retraction and upper eyelid filler to get perfect eyes

the upper eyelid filler can probably be done by anyone so that doesn’t matter and apparently lower eyelid retraction is 0 skill any surgeon can do it

but the infraorbital rim implant. where in europe can i get this done, i’ll go to turkey or some shit if the best doctor is there but would prefer it in UK or NL
