What do you guys think would be the best filler for upper eyelid exposure and under eye hollowness;

Hyaluronic acid filler or fat grafting?

What are the real side effects of hyaluronic acid?

-Is there a chance the filler will migrate to my eye?

fat grafting most def

fat grafting most def
costs more and the procedure is more complex

what if i just do filler at first and see how it looks once it dissolves i do fat grafing.

yeah lemme just inject hyaluronic acid into my fucking eyelid which is riddled with blood vessels and nerves and call it a day
fat grafting is a lot less dangerous and looks better, better roi all around, just save up a bit more and stop being an impatient nigger
also fat grafting lasts a lot more if not permanent

the problem with fat grafting is that it dissolves uneven which may cause lumpy look while Hyaluronic acid dissolves the same in every part.

it’s bs

its not, one of the surgeons in turkey told me this

Fatgrafting is permanent and fillers are temporary and will cause problems in the future

did you ask them about nano fat vs micro fat?

The volumes they do with fat grafting are enormous compared to typical filler volumes, even consider the lack of retention.

Like 20-30ml of fat with a 50-70% survival.
No decent filler injector should be more than 1ml per area (so maybe 4-6 total for both UEE, both under eyes, and some cheekbone angularity)

Doing any kind of upper eyelid fat graft or filler can look extremly botched and is a speed run to upper bleph later in life. Good for some cases, but not for most. Fat grafting might be better of the two tho

fixable

Possible but rare.

I have 0 lumps
Also have 0 Lumps, the only downside with grafting in the infras is the shit survival rate, i overfilled there to the brim, still mostly died and my hollowness got back. But Supra graft mogs crazy:)

Agree, if you have a negative CT or other huge Eye Failo, Fat Graft doesnt ascend most of the time...
and i dont agree with the sentiment on this forum that you should always Overfill as much as possible, its simply not a good recommendation for everyone, in some cases a really subtle Graft in the supra is way better than this "overfilled" Sean o pry eyes...

Yea but this forum has allways been stupid when it comes too all kinds of things esp how hard you should go during surgery. When bimax was talked about first i saw all kinds of people saying go big or dont go at all. And same with implants. Its spped run to getting botched

I will im getting fat graft. Tbh I would probably get midface lift in my 30s anyway so I would get it at same time if it drooped bad

Well the reason with bimax to go big or not at all is because it’s a fucking brutal surgery with high minor complication rate. Anybody who can “cope” with fillers absolutely should do so.

I think your point is not to just do huge movements for no reason cause “more is better” and if so I agree.

You’re never going to have a win-win scenario here. Either you can have your hooded hunter eyes when young and get blepharoplasty later or you can have bug eyes young and grow into your hooding as the tissues sag over the years.

I mean yea i agree you shouldnt do less, but i mean looking back at all threads its the same on everything. People have had the mindset of going huge on infras and jaw implants etc. Ofc its not all but its just funny how it was a thing and people got botched because of it. Ofc you should allways go as much as possible

I mean the worst part is the placement of the fat grafts vs normal hooding and the assymetric resorption of fat from the graft. And also that some people will not have a good hooding due to skin and natural anatomy.

niggas really think hyaluronic acid injections are a worthy question to be asked in cosmetic surgery section

@tweaqo nothing positive comes out of this paranoid negative retard, it's like everything is bad everytime he rides a new trend then shits on it at the end, he did that to implants years ago then giant and now this lol

fat grafting for under eye - which you don't typically need until 30-35 at least.

the whore had it done and she's like 40 now - had it done a few years ago - she's about 40 in the video -

look at that bitch, she's fukking hot. and 40 years old?! i think that's great. but again she was late 30s.

the problem with filler esp for undereye is not just migration, it's the idiocy you think about dissolving it - firstly, you won't dissolve it all, secondly the acid hits healthy tissue and destroys that too aging you and making you look fvcking awful.

i think differently about caha in the jaw in a very conservative dose.
