Best foods for health (looksmaxxing)

Hi its me again your boy welli and im 17 years old,

I would like to hear what are the best foods for health and overall for looksmaxxing. For example i hear lot about raw milk, raw meat or this also promoted by faceiq so what is behind that

Also how much protein, carbs, fats, sugar and micronutrients a day for a 17 year old who weights 78kg and is 6'0ft

In my personal opinion raw milk and raw meat can be good but I don't see a different from just eating cooked meat all that much so just have an animal baed diet and you'll be good you know : organs, muscle meat, eggs, milk(raw milk is preferable) and fish, so most animals based so you can get all your protein and micro nutrients needed, like and fats butter is the best, carbs you can eat fruits and rice again you can eat it raw it you feel better or if you want too

Okay for me how much grams of fat, carbs and protein you recomend me because im 17 years old 6ft and 78kg. Yet again thanks for your answer
 
Like your still developing so just eat lots of meat like atleast one pound a day so like 180g you can eat like 1.5 to 2 a day as for fat I say it really important for development so like a bit less than the protein amount and cards like 300g if your active if not like 150g but over all just eat when you feel hungry if you not hungry don't it but again eat mostly animal product, I'm 5'9 68kg I eat 1 pound of beef and 200 grams of beef kidney with about 150 grams of rice some times I drink milk with raw eggs in the morning and I'm fully for the day for the rest of the day I'm just telling you this so you can have an idea
