Sugar water
Instant coffee or cheap preworkout
**catch fish at lake/water as a hobby (if you want to eat fish)
flour (make dough make bread in oven)
Buy vitamin d lamp for vitamin d
Oyster
potato/rice/legume/grain/anything like this
Protein powder
**Fastfood value menu
**frozen fruit/vegetable

Seed oil flour sugar are the staples tbh I would do seed oil + flour + sugar + fast food resturants + animal food for nutrients, and be done with it.
Understand how little nutrients and food ingeneral matter and u will be set free from consooming thousands/year.
