OP, you need a bodybuilding routine for shoulders

- Dumbbell shoulder press
- Incline bechpress
- Lat raises

Also training back muscle also improves your frame width

Ultimately, what you need is a bodybuilding routine + 500mg Test

You would have to dedicate your entire life to be a bodybuilder, so don’t worry it won’t happen by accident

However, you do need to train and eat as if you were trying to be a bodybuilder so than you can framemaxx

Swimming and reeves deadlift also use hgh but be careful. Mostly cope tho

Why careful with hgh
It should be fine unless you do insane doseages (like 20ius)mainly for heart problems growing the nose (could get rhino tho)

Nigga you are dumb as fuck lmao. Incline bench press wil not work your side delts and chest has no impact on your frame. Lateral raises are listed in my routine. Pull ups are the only back frame exercise, rowing adds thickness not width so we agree on these two. Shoulder press is useless for side delts which only matter for frame, that's why average gymbro looks like shit, not enough back width work and not enough direct lateral delt work.

Swimming works both back and shoulders and is great low intensity work to add more volume and size to your overall frame.

Neck is the most underrated muscle and the only muscle that is visible 100% of the time, so work your neck if you want to look bigger.

I personally do gym shit, but if OP wants only big frame this is what to focus on.

Yes, HGH will grow bones but trying to pack on muscles on your shoulders is significantly easier than trying to grow your skeleton

Most bobydbuilders have the width of a doorframe despite most men having similar skeleton width

True just depends on how bad his frame is. Gymcel often doesn't work for the truest of framecels. Also depends on his scapula insertions
