Best Gear and supplements for gymmaxxing?

I know about Fish oil, vitamin d3, vitamin b3, men's multivitamin, creatine (5 grams a day), beet root and shit but any thing more you would recommend? also for gear do u take it as soon as u start gymceilling or after a year?
 
take gear when ur lean, most would recommend it when u been lifting for 5 years but its ur choice
