How does UC work?
To put it simply it uses waves to 'explode' the fat cells to be then absorbed by your body hence removing the fat stored wherever you use it. I'm not going to go deeply into it since I didn't make this guide as a "HOW DOES IT WORK" instead its a "HOW TO DO IT"

Dangers of UC?

Before I list them, I will say it has to be hard to do any of this to yourself if you take the right steps. I had NO problems at all and the only thing I felt was minor stinging on my cheeks. Here is what can happen-

BURNS
BLINDNESS
DEAFNESS
ETC
Do not let it scare you though, as I said it will be hard to do this to yourself.

STEP 1 - MASKING OFF YOUR BONES

This is one of the most important steps, if you don't do this you risk hitting the bone and deafening and/or blinding yourself.
What I did was simple really, I just got a cereal box cut put it to my face, outlined my zygos and cut it out with a pair of scissors. Then get regular tape and just attach it to the bone like this-

STEP 2 - APPLYING GEL ON YOUR CHEEKS
If you don't want to burn the FUCK out of your skin, you should do this lol. Ultrasound Gel is the best and you should TRY to get it, if you can't look into some other gels something like aloe gel or something. Rub it into your cheeks, use the UC for 5 minutes, then reapply, repeat.


STEP 3 - USING THE MACHINE ON YOUR CHEEKS
Once you do all previous steps it's time to turn the machine on and rub it on your cheeks, I did the lowest setting for 15 minutes divided into 5 minute sessions on each side. I only did the lowest setting since this is my first time, next time I will increase it probably to 70% setting. While it is on your face you will hear humming, or zapping of some sort. It'll be relatively quiet when you're not close to bones but QUICKLY gets loud when you near them, and this is a good thing take it as a sign and stay away from that area. YOU DO NOT WANT TO KEEP IT STILL THE WHOLE TIME or else you will create burns, constantly move the device on your cheek whilst you are blowing air into it to keep it puffed up, also make sure you're holding it flat on the skin. LIKE I SAID BEFORE DO NOT HIT THE BONE, stay STRICTLY over the cheek area like so-

STEP 4 - AFTERMATH
Now this isn't a one and done, it'll take 3-5 sessions to see optimal results, maybe even more. But importantly after each session you want to do 'excersizes' to remove the liquid fat in your cheeks, so search up some videos on doing lymphatic drainage and copy that. It also helps to stay away from foods that contain carbs, high amounts of sodium, and sugar for a couple days afterwards. DRINK LOTS OF WATER ASWELL. Do everything normally you'd do to debloat, run, electrolytes, sauna, etc.
