What is the best gym exercises for shoulders and biceps , to drastically improve hypertrophy, i have only dummbells
 
ur ancestors didn’t have a gym go back to primal

Well for shoulders you gotta do lateral raises for the side delts (frontal plane), front raises sagittal plane for front delts and if you have a bench you can improvise rear delt flies. biceps, there is nothing better than a preacher curl
