Depends on how many days a week you go. But honestly split doesn’t matter that much, as long as you hit every muscle group 2 times a week (3 is better but impossible unless running full body which takes like 2 hours) and each muscle group has space (atleast 48 hours between being worked). If you can go only 2 or 3 times a week do full body, 4 times do upper lower, 5 times do ppl x upper lower and 6 times you could do ppl repeat, but tbh ppl x ul is definitely better than ppl. Whichever one you decide, just go on TikTok and find what to do for each session bc ceebs making a whole split with workouts for someone else, but make sure you understand what your doing and why your doing it before just blindly following what you see on TikTok.What’s a good schedule for good gains
Been going for a while just need a good schedule kind of just go off my mindHow about going to the gym on a regular basis before obsessing about the best schedule? Something that fits your schedule and weekly life.
The amount of people I witnessed start their lifting journey just to quit after a month because they realize how tedious it is.
