need help w my weekly plan
need generell advice pls
im 14, 168, 50kg


Monday: upper body + abs
Tuesday: rest day
Wensday: swimming training 1h
Thursday: push(chest, shoulder, trizeps)
Friday: pull( bicep and back) + abs
Saturday: swimming 1h
Sunday : rest day

idk if thast good
maybe 2x a week gym idk
i got badass cramps tho
so idk
how can i improve thisi and build muscles nja dgte that swimmer physic
like v tapoer braud shoulder type shit
also should i do creaatine or later idk

For gym i would do upper lower if u want to go 2x a week its good.

And train your legs.

There are other ways to build an aesthetic build besides swimming, the amount of volume and cardio is simply not worth it unless you are overweight and enjoy swimming as a hobby. If you want to start building a v taper start by training your side delts for width as most people already have mid to decent front delts.
 
Best gym influencer I can recommend you is Walid Jebbour, his methods 100% work but he locks some information behind his membership which I can respect because he has to get the bag but you can still learn a lot as a beginner from his videos not only about gym but about looksmaxxing as well. He's kinda normiepilled but hes chill and his advice for the gym is top tier.

Swimming should be same day as training days

Rest days must be together
