I’m currently around 196cm/6’5 80kg/175lb

What splits are most recommended for the gym

I will train around 4-5 days a week at home for around an hour

Aim is simply to mog and gain lean muscle/ frame

Don’t care at all about any muscle group that doesn’t directly affect how aesthetic I look

Height is necessary information, a person who is 5’5 will obviously not train the same as someone who is 6’8

i'd recommend prioritising upper body (obviously), with focus on

Shoulders
- Lateral Raises

Chest
- Incline Dumbbell Press, better than bench due to the fact you have longer arms/reach.
- Cable flies, superb exercise for a euphoric stretch

Back
- Romanian deadlifts, depending on your proportions they'll be rough, mandatory for a thick back however.
- Lat Pulldowns or if you prefer compound lifts, do bent-over barbell rows, for a wider back.

For arms i'd do the regular, tricep pushdowns and bicep curl variants.

At 196cm (6'5) and only 80kg (175lbs), your main issue isn't the split, it's that you're severely underweight for that height nigger
Tall frames need way more tissue mass just to look filled out
To maximize aesthetics and build a V-taper on a long torso:
  • Upper Lat focus over Rows: Pulldowns and chin-ups create the lats width to counteract a long waist/torso. Rows just add thickness.
  • Neck & Traps: Essential for long-neck tallfags so you don't look like a giraffe.
  • Bulk: You need to get to at least 90-95kg lean before you'll actually look wide in shirts.

An Upper/Lower 4-day split with a dedicated arm/ shoulder emphasis day is ideal for home workouts
