I need a gym split cause recently I’ve just been doing random bullshit in the gym :lul:

upper/lower or U/L/push/pull/legs it mainly depends on how many days u wanna spend in the gym per week

just find a split in which you train each muscle group minimum 2 times per week and that’s it. That could be PPL/FB/upper lower

I need a gym split cause recently I’ve just been doing random bullshit
depends on your goals, you should really try to make your own split thats tailored to your needs / is fun for you. for example i hate FBEOD no matter how efficient it is so i ran push-pull-legs-rest-upper/weakness-lower-rest, since it fits exactly into a 7 day week plus it gives me a day to focus on whatever weakpoint is bringing my physique down

just try out PPL, UL, or FBEOD and see what you like until you end up on something thats right for you

Plus m repeating it so i hit every muscle twice:chad:

the problem with back and biceps is i genuinely cant hit biceps after hitting back I get weak af

Bro legs are the last place ur muscles go i havent trained it for a year its still there u need calves which is trained for me in incline walk during cardio

its complete gymcels bullshit and it makes u inconsistent high cortisol ass muscle group ban training legs

bro its just so simple to train them, you can just do some squats some extensions some leg curls and whatnot and add some abs/arm exercises if you truly hate it to get motivated for it, you rly dont want to have a good af frame and ur legs are the same size as a chicken walking around picking the floor:feelsohgod:

squats is the worst fuckign hardest excercise to do man fuck squats ban squat racks


also if ur legs are skinny then yea train it ofc

but mine and most ppls arent and i have to do nothing for it
