depends on your goals, you should really try to make your own split thats tailored to your needs / is fun for you. for example i hate FBEOD no matter how efficient it is so i ran push-pull-legs-rest-upper/weakness-lower-rest, since it fits exactly into a 7 day week plus it gives me a day to focus on whatever weakpoint is bringing my physique downI need a gym split cause recently I’ve just been doing random bullshit
