Title. I am going to return to the gym, I already have knowledge in nutrition but I lack in the aesthetic part, how can I get an aesthetic body?

With this routine which muscle areas I am working?Incline DB bench 4 x 12
Lat pulldown 3 x 12
Seated cable row 3 x 12
OHP 4 x 12
Lat DB raises 4 x 20
Tricep pushdowns 3 x 12
Barbell preacher curl 3 x 12
Hanging leg raises 5 x AMRAP.
3 times a week.

THIS !programs are a meme and no matter which one you follow as long as it hits all muscle groups and you progressively overload it you'll more or less look the same after a few years with minimal difference, some get you there faster than others, but they all accomplish the same thing.
