Best overkill (except isotretin) for hormonal acne?

I've been having consistent acne since I was 12-13, now im 15 ive recently switched my derma and around 2 months ago he prescribed me epiduo. Im unsure now and I need some second opinions and recommendations on what to do and what to get if I do take action
