I have alot, other than a narrow palate, recessed maxilla (underbite) which are all getting fixed, i have a high gonial angle paired with a short ramus, narrow lower jaw and a pretty bad eye area.

i mean fat grafting is good, sometimes a bit of filler. most people would benefit from more undereye fat or it can be used to correct uee.

i mean a lot of the time its just because youre squinting lol but real negative hooding can be corrected with winged bleph. fat grafts is good, but most people need 2 sessions because a lot of the fat dies during recovery

Yeah true bc ive never really seen my eyes rested with no uee so it could look good. Might aswell take the risk, winged bleph looks abit meh tbh
