I found my frauds on tiktok they sell in a website: heightboost.eu
I bought them and I tried them on they felt good and you cant even see them under your socks so they are better than normal insoles bcs u can take ur shoes off without people lacking u using height boosters
I measured around 184 before and 187.2 after and when I put the frauds and shoes I was 190 so easily from 184 to 190.
I would recommend to everyone
In the photos I have them under my socks
They work a little bit better with black socks and ofcourse the flash makes them easier to see
It was only like 30 bucks
