What he said all of this is cope coming from someone who spent thousands before going to a dermatologist and getting co2 laser done i have my next treatment jan 9 its the only thing that helps get ready to empty ur wallet tho

I just used"Nature Made". Pill form never the chewy
Dont let it touch your teeth tho because it will strip away the enamel
