At first glance this guy seems like a god tier surgeon based on results and videos

He honestly is probably the most "blackpilled" surgeon. Everything you can read about him, he genuinely cares about male aesthetics, not just for young teens with IMDO, but even conventional Bimax. He's kind of pricey but I would rather pay like 30k to come out with a borderline Cavill/Lannister type jaw (if you have the pre-existing bone for it and need CCW) than go to a surgeon who will say at most they can move the lower jaw 5mm.
