Best make up routine and products ?

Im using different produtcs but my morning routine is still shit because you can see that in wearing make up and its crusty and not very good . No glow and very dry . And many pimples . I have a skincare routine but its not the best tho. And i dont know in what ordee i should use the products. I use cera ve cleanser then anua heartleaf face watef , eye roll on then illiyon ceramid gel then beatuy of joseon glow serum with efaclear tinted cream and then glow like honey primer . And some cover up stick for my eye bags . But it stills looks crusty and weird and all my pimples ( small ones are visibld the cover up stick goes in the porea instead of covering them . I tried.a long time to fins a goos make up routine but its heavy . I want a glowy skin !!! With no crust or very visible make up crap . Can someone say good produtca and how to use themn or even a full routine . Im so fucking tired of my skin lookinf this ass . I think cover up stick is bad but my tinted cream alone is too less . Some tipps ? Please

I have retinol but my mom said i shouldnt use it because her skin peeled of and its only getting red and its way to strong . will this help for small pimples ? but its only 0,2 prozent tho
