Best morning make up routine for men

I have my own morning routine but it looks crusty dry and not very glowy . and you can seee that i use make up .
can someone give some good produtcs or their routine ? my goal is a very glowy skin and to hide my eyebags and small pimples .

be careful with makeup it has got to be really lowkey, don't mind the haters calling gay. always do skincare and moisturise before makeup. i don't usually do makeup for normal days at the office, just skincare + non-cosmetic suncream. the suncream is non-cosmetic and just your average holiday suncream.

i bought some cushion foundation a couple years ago but it turned out to be too noticeable.

i use maybelline stick concealer for eyebags and major issues, garnier bb cream for rest of face, eyebrow pencil to fill in brows. i blend the concealer with a brush, not a sponge.

better to improve skin to the point of not getting pimples, this took me three years to achieve but it ascended me more than any makeup ever will.

so foundation is too much ? i searched and its the base of all make up ? so it sounds pretty valid but i dont wanna have a whole face make up .maybe theres is one that isnt visible that much . And can you send a picture of the concealer ? mine is too bright and its looks more tired on my eyes .I have the garnier bb cream too but is lowkey shit . I use illyion ceramid gel as a mouisturizer but when i aplly my tinted cream mixed with the glow serum after it looks good but some resideus are still visible .
when i use foundation should i use the mouisturizer before and then the foundation and my tinted cream and the concealer ? i have the effaclar duo from la roche posay . i had beauty of joseon tinted spf but that is very liquid as well and then i have mouisturzier glow serum and that maybe that is way too muchg i dont know . and the primer ( glow like honey primer ) .
