Train every muscle. But arms (including forearms) back, and shoulders are top priority for aesthetics/looking jacked. Train your neck if it’s too skinny.

U retard make a training routine and train evey muscle group every week why would u only train a couple muscle groups

(1) Shoulders
(2) Arms
(3) Chest

Those are the muscles that make the biggest visual difference, and what people reference off when viewing someone as "jacked".
