As we all know (except the retards or mordor orcs) gym can make a huge difference, but...what muscles should you focus to improve your look? (this is ordered by importance)
  1. SHOULDERS: For real, it will make you look wider, more dominant, your V-Taper will be better...this is just the KING of aesthetics in fitness terms, good shoulders mean a lot.
  2. ARMS: Looking good in a t-shirt with big arms is gonna make a huge difference, most women do like big arms (not HUGE), and with a good t-shirt you can look aesthetic as fuark
  3. CHEST: Make you look more dominant and overall sexier, work on that pecs bruh
  4. DONT FORGET LEGS: Just look compensated, good glutes, good quads...don't look like a fucking retard with tiny chicken legs

"OOWWW MAAAAAN BUUUT WHAAAT ABOUT ABS????" Of course they matter, but not as much as you do think. In the beach good abs can make a huge difference, but most of the time u are wearing a t-shirt, so abs are not that important (but you need a flat stomach for fucking sure)

All this said JUST BE COMPENSATED, DON'T HAVE ANY MUSCLE WAY BIGGER THAN OTHERS (SHOULDERS CAN BE AN EXCEPTION TO SOME EXTENT).


That is the order i will prioritize, if you love fitness and gym you will have a good overall physique with not that much lagged muscles, but if you re not that into gym focus on that stuff and ascend bruh

Delts,Lats,Traps, back muscles, pecs (width), and triceps are very important for looking big. But every muscle group is important to having a balanced physique.

You got to have at least an average face and 6'2+ height for gym to be really worth it.
The more height you lose the more face you need

And most models with a good shape and fitness look have 0 traps, not that important part imo

As far as you have a decent V-Taper a INSANE back wont make a big difference

2x workout per muscle a week is enough

Ppl 6 times and ur golden

So u don't néed to isolate shoulders

Just isolate neck forearms and calves

Everything else grows with time

Legit post, if you do compounds most of the muscles would grow anyway. the ones you listed, especially NECK, need direct training / isolation exercises to see results. Also adding shrugs during any superset is sure way to make your traps bigger too, which usually people underdevelop.

dnr, all muscles are important, train 1 muscle more than other and u'll look weird
 
From real life experience legs (glutes+quads+calves+hams) > any other muscle

1. Shoulders

Focal Exercise: Standing Shoulder Press

2. Back
Focal Exercise: Weighted Chin-Ups

3. Chest
Focal Exercise: Incline Barbell Bench Press

4. Legs
Focal Exercise: Power Cleans from Hang (or Sumo Deadlifts)
 
The real order as far as foids are concerned is

1. Arms/Shoulders
2. Abs (mostly just leaness and genetics)
3. Ass

That's about it

Ever noticed how this forum stresses out the importance of a good frame? Well those 3 give you a bigger frame and neck, which is the most DOM feature.
