Shoulders (front, side and rear delt), chest, back and arms. Actually trying to grow legs is cope as you’ll just have to wear tracksuits and baggy jeans like a loser

is chest really that important I'm thinking about focusing on mainly shoulders and back and arms

cage at any retard who thinks they'll get huge traps compared to the rest of there physique

nah traps only look decent on roided up ngas with capped delts but on the average person if traps are focused as a main muscle group when training for aesthetics like OP they take away from the shoulder width and make you appear narrow hence why most dont train traps/obliques ofcourse you can still train it but at a way lower intensity or infrequently

holy shit thankss I'm traning for a wider frame I don't wanna have a narrow frame so I wouldn't train traps ever again

I have naturally large traps cus of sum sorta gene thing I can move them weirdly
+ I have wide clavicles so it dont make my frame narrower

I have very wide clavicles but they're placed very close so they look narrow ik I sound retarded

give an example I can tell mine in pms
for example if youre short necked w narrow clavs big traps will eat up your shoulder width and make your head look like it’s sitting on your shoulders. But if you’ve got a long neck and wide clavicles, developed traps can actually balance your proportions and make your frame look fuller

true but, im guessing he means like when clothed what aesthetically frames him, obviously if u only train shoulders and u see urself ur gonna have a good frame but the rests gonna look like a child

Delts Back arms. You can include chest but you can only lack on chest day. Forget legs.
