thanks for the help, ive seen people use 'letrozole' as an ai but idk much about it, how much anastrozol do you think daily? and would i have to continue ai after i hop off my cycle or should i continue using ai a bit longer after i hop off, and just lower the doses

1mg daily in clinical trials but depends how much you want to inhibit. You gotta experiment your personal dose through bloodwork if u dont want to nuke ur e2
