Best nose shrinking method?

I’m gonna ask my new derm about this, but it will majorly ascend me to shrink the tip of my nose. Very full of blackheads/oil and shit.

I’ve heard of a bunch of different methods including Accutane, etc.

What have you guys done and seen results from??

Its not a bone issue, its not even bad lol. i just need to get that accutane effect for my tip. I know accutane is an option, or even topical tret, but I just wanna get some suggestions.

rhino for real results, accutane for possible tip shrinkage becuase oil glands. i used hydrocortisone for 2 weeks daily myself but not sure whether the tip shrank or placebo becuase i didnt measure with a caliper
