Don’t do aqualyx until you’re a low enough body fat from the retatrutide. Some people just don’t hold onto fat in their face so if your like that there’s no real point for it.

8-9 is honestly too lean I’d stay around 12. You’re face looks good at that percent but unless you have a good amount of muscle your body is gonna look bad that skinny.
