Thoughts on no carb and only eating meat? -> Gluconeogenesis

thoughts on that in combination with gym?

Eating a lot of carbs = iqlet

Eat liver and oyster for nutrients and then just focus on high protein/healthy fats and fast digesting carbs for igf1 and insulin pre/post workout.

which type of foods for the carbs?
I do milk, honey, pure glucose powder. Usually right after a workout for insulin and igf1, but i also regularly eat fruits and sometimes potatoes or rice. I only eat high carbs on weekends to fuel my gym workout and low carbs on week days so i don't be bloated in school. Low carb is only fine if u dont workout.

look into Aajonus Vonderplanitz and ray peat. Take things from both philosophies and see what fits you best. Also some of face IQ’s more recent videos have some pretty good advice.

Eating a lot of carbs = iqlet
its extra inefficiency your body has to go through

turning proteins into glucose is a hard and long process that burns alot of calories and depletes alot of enzymes

its good if you want to maximize inefficiency for fat loss, - tren makes you mitochondria less efficienct so you burn more calories for doing the same shit

you can mimic this with a pure protein diet
