So how exactly should I be eating at 14?

Last year i did a hard cut + starving cause I was an absolute obese animal and wanted abs, which I did get, but it was definitely the most retarded thing I’ve ever done.

I been eating steadily but not sure what exactly I should be eating. For example should I be eating a lot, or minimal carbs? Is there also an ideal body fat I should be at?

Downturned lips are so brutal

also, eat a lot of protein and carbs, fat is eh. Important but not as much as the other 2. Puberty should be a heightmaxxing period, don't think about anything else

Ideal diet is whatever dietary system you can run without your gut feeling shit, please don’t eat vegetables substitute them for fruits

Low carbs is cope, carbs are necessary for euphoria and function and fat is necessary for brain function so id recommend a muh real food diet

If you’re wondering about the macros then it should generally be 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat or less, and the amount of macronutrients depends on if your in a caloric surplus or deficit

Find out what ethnicity you are, search up the diet they are. Implement that to your diet.

it didnt stunt your growth, go look at any study done, staying fat is what stunts your growth
Nah but the thing is that I didn’t get lean in a healthy way. Not eating/under eating is worse for your growth. The healthy way to get lean is to do a slow caloric deficit but that’s bit the way i did it

changes nothing, your body will induce catch up growth, only way you cant stunt your growth is if your anorexic and dont eat, when your fat your body uses its stored fat as fuel.
