How do you go about it? What is your current weight and height? What is your weight goal? How many calories do you eat and what's kind of foods you eat? Any other activity on top of it?

I'm currently walking 20k steps every day (I'm travelling), eating two light meals (not being able to cook severely reduces my control over what I'm eating sadly) and cutting out all snacks except soft drinks with no sugar (even then I avoid it because it still spikes insulin iirc). I can't run or exercise in any real way.

Month and a half, at first it was only 1K cals a day but I bumped it up to 2100 so im losing around 1kg a week
