clean like an electric air duster to remove dust or some software to "clean" your PC? but yeah if you want to clean dust get an electic air dust and not compressed air in a can (avoid it). youtube is full of tutorials on how to clean PCs, if you still have problems you might have to change thermal pads and paste to the GPU

the absolute best way to clean software on your PC (getting rid of malware etc) is to back up important data and reinstall windows with a USB stick, you can find tutorials on youtube on how to do it. or scan for viruses with windows defender by selecting the full scan and then offline scan options, you can also try a free antivirus like malwarebytes or bitdefender (dont use norton 360 and mcaffee shit)

as for doing shit like ccleaner i dont know any softwares since ive havent really used any of them, but if they dont run in background they are probably not the problem for the constant freezing (if your SSD still has a decent space left). you can manually uninstall programs simply through windows and yeah chatgpt says software like bleachbit or wise disk manager are similar to ccleaner, but you probably want to look for tutorials on youtube for that
