yep , too much will close the growth plates , if u dont see noticeable changes like acnee , a lot of increase in bodyhair or things like that u should go up to 300 but i wouldnt recommend more then that

i got mine from a steroid website in my country , u can try indiamart or telegram tho. i think swisschems also has ai if u dont plan on using test
also ai is aromatase inhibitors , lowers estrogen , estrogen is responsible for closing growth plates. dont expect estrogen blockers to make u grow 5 inches past ur potential but maybe u can grow an extra inch , maybe even 2 if ure lucky

pin once a week, i only pinned once a week and only in my delts (which i dont recommend because u might get some scarring) u should try pinning in ur quads(google so u dont nick a vein) or glutes which i hear is the most painless area and safest
