I have 0.05 but wondering if i should go higher

I have only used 0.05% but from what I've heard the results don't warrant the increased side effects.

That's good enough. For many people they would be good with even less tbh.
 
Just buy the most cost effective one, or the one that doesn't irritate you too much.
