best pharmaceudicals for sleep?

so far ive come across memantine and trazodone as the pretty much only sustainable options

gabapentine and clonidine are extremely useful but theyre extremely addictive tho.

any other suggestions?

Doxepin I heard is pretty good never really used it though, DSIP though helps me a lot I reccomend that one

nah dsip is lowkey pretty expensive and i dont have a source for doxepin. what do you think abt mirtazapine low dose tho?

doxepin is sold as gummies on AlgoRX and Trazadone and my grey sources sell 10 vials for like 36-60 bucks depending on dose

I used .5mg of xanax to help reset my sleep schedule when i was in school not sustainable long term and waking up is harder but it knocks you out and helps get your body used to going to sleep at a certain time
