Probs @Arborist has got one of the most ideal bodies to wide range of women. of course he slightly look a bit too big for foids under 18 but overall this is one of the perfect physique’s you can get naturally.

i hope to achieve that with my untrained base

I also think @Arborist has the best physique in the forum but he does not have the physique he is showing in his pic. He is frauding by spreading his lats. IRL, when he is relaxed, he does not look as insane. Also, i doubt his measurements of 25'' bideltoid. It is almost prime arnie size, which is IMO bullshit. His bidelt is probably 23'', at least this is how it should look relaxed.

Because the bideltoid is SUPPOSED to be measured when fully relaxed. You cannot spread your lats and claim you have 25-27'' inch bideltoid.

When you sit like this to measure it:

your bidelt will be a LOT smaller.

Why i don't buy that you have 25'' inch bidelt is because this is prime Arnold bidelt size. Are you telling me you have shoulders as large as Mr. Olympia's? No way.

this is relaxed to an unnatural extend with my arms literally tucked into my body in the same door frame.

not representative of how I'd actually look either, your arms don't tuck if you've got developed lats, they're always visible from the front for me.
