Seems to work well and has darkening effect, makes hair stronger, but generally some other oils can work as well, especially if mix with peppermint to enhance blood flow, like 3-5% of peppermint mix with 95% with some other oil

My lashes became much darker after applying coconut, they appear more black than brown now, not coal black, but super dark brown

Rapid brow or minoxidil (or both) are the only things that actually cause new hair growth leading to thicker eyebrows. Any type of oil is cope it just makes them appear slightly thicker as the hairs are saturated with oil. Same way your hair getting wet makes it look darker.
