Best program for gymcelling?

I’ve listened here and there for years to David Laid’s DUP program, it sounds and looks interesting without copes, but I’ve never gotten it.

Which program should I get for strength and muscle gain, plus overall health promotion?
 
I cannot tell if you are new to lifting or not, but I generally recommend spamming PPL (because its 6 days a week and will get you to experience all types of movements) until you understand how to lift and what you like and then learn about periodization and programming, as DL's DUP program is a cookie cutter program with periodization sprinkled in, which you can program yourself.

This sounds cringe but really what's going to get you what you want is going to the gym consistently (and going to failure) and dialing in diet, for most nattys anyway.

I wanna get a bigger bideltoid and add more muscle so I can eventfully leanmaxx to like 10%
Bigger delts for what exactly ? Impressing females ? Males ?
 
Females I wanna be wider
girls dont care about muscles that much and if its ur shoulders ur concerned that is related to ur frame which is not changeable

I already have a good frame and thats cope gymcelling can deffo give you a boost provided that you are 6’1+ and have a good frame. Worth it because I have nothing better to do and adding more bideltoid and muscle mass in general will allow me to get leaner when the time comes.

if ur training natty u cant just lean down after bulking for bideltold width or muscle mass
